The 10 m inclanation in the land,the problematic  road curve in the entrance part were the troubles which should be turned into advantages whereas the land's being adjacent to the TEM road was an advantage to be made use of. By placing the one floor management area   at the highest part of the land, the effect of the huge mass with 21000 m2 area and 11m height  placed in the lower ground was softened.
The TEM road facade of the building was designed as an advertisment wall to be seen from both directions by using the angles of the land.
The  visual contact between the management and production areas was maintained by a bridge building utilizing the  level difference.
The pool placed at tha entrance was designed to form a contiuinty effect with the gulf scenery when looked from the interior and the garden of the building.
