5200m2 factory project in the TAYSAD industrial estate.
Our starting point of this project was to design a non-rigid building which will let the building to cahange function or grow in the future.
The solid-void facade was designed to let maximum natural light especially in the ground floor which would normally take poor day light.
The necessity to place the entrance on the road facade and our wish to place the offices on the back of the building where the view is,led us to design an arcaded passage between the entrance and the offices on the back.
To maintain the eye contact between the offices and the production hall  was an important criteria of the design.
