2 alternative plan schemes were studied for the data center building which was planned to be built in Tuzla.  Offices occupy only %20 of the building area , teh rest of the building iarea is   used as whitespace.  The building was planned to be rented out to several tennants. First alternative plan (on the left) was for 2 seperate tennants.  The otjer alternative scheme  (on the right page )was planned for 3 to 6 different tennants. On this scheme each arm is supported by the adjacent  core unit s on the corners which include support functions . Mechanical functions were placed economically on the perimeter whereas electircal functions were gathered in the middle core
